Good morning Peter,
I am writing to check if a proposed development on Edgelow for two, six storey, 369 units has previously been flagged for neighbourhood input. This development is directly across from Arbutus Middle School in a street of all single-family homes. The development will cover two lots, two single family-homes. I have checked with SaveourSaanich who note that it “does not fall within the 400 meter radius of the provincially mandated TOA which will be at Gordon Head and McKenzie”. While I don’t live on this street, I do live nearby and I can imagine how this development will adversely affect our neighbourhood. I would appreciate your comments.

Hi Elizabeth, Peter has served for many years on the board but has resigned. I will make sure I share this with the current board. I believe we have examined this one and shared your concerns but I will confirm.
