The Community Association of Oak Bay has organized an all-candidates forum to be held at the Monterey Recreation Centre (Garry Oak Room) on Saturday, October 5th at 2:30pm.  The forum will be moderated by CHEK News anchor Paul Haysom; residents are invited to submit their questions for candidates to: oakbayconnector@gmail.com
