The Garden Suite Study in Saanich - the next steps.

Residents are invited to attend an open house to learn what is being proposed for Garden Suite regulations and design guidelines.

This is an opportunity to provide your input before the final proposed regulatory framework is presented to Council this summer.

The proposed regulations are based on community input and include requirements for the location, size and height of garden suites, as well as aspects of building design such as roof form, windows, lighting and landscaping.

The results of this study have the potential to have a significant impact on our neighbourhoods and it is important for residents to know what is being proposed.

If you are unable to attend, complete the online survey available from May 4 to 31, or fill out a paper copy available at Saanich Municipal Hall (770 Vernon Ave).
